Just finished my 3rd run for the week: 5 more minutes on the treadmill after my gym workout, bring the week's total to 15 mins and 1.5 miles. I think I'll only give weekly summaries of my runs from now on, unless I do something different and more noteworthy.

Hi Colin,
Good to hear you are starting barefooting. It seems like we are both beginning at the same time. I started in the middle of September and it is coming along slowly. I actually did two runs of six miles on chipseal but that seems to be where I have hit the wall barefoot. I have been augamenting my barefooting with vibram five fingers runs and shod running using chi form. I will try and check in with your page now and then to see how you are doing.
