: 2m Base run + drills
Trying to start a more formal training programme again to increase my pace etc in a slow and structured way so I don't hurt myself again.Started off with a relatively gentle base pace run followed by 2x no-arms 100m fast runs and 1x 50m of hops per leg.
Feeling quite good after this.
